The guest rooms
The Atelier
Ground floor room for 2 guests with ensuite bathroom, featuring a roll top bath and separate walk in shower.
The Loft
1st floor 1 room for 2 guests with ensuite shower room. This room is accessed via its own staircase in the garden.
The Upper Rooms
1st floor set of 2 bedrooms (a double and a twin) with 1 shared bathroom - ideal for up to 4 guests travelling together.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT CHILDREN OR ANY PETS (EXCEPT ASSISTANCE DOGS).
Breakfast to start your day
Breakfast will be served between 8am and 9.30am. If earlier is required please say and I will be happy to oblige.
Refreshing freshly squeezed orange juice will quench your thirst, before enjoying, still warm, freshly baked croissants, pain au raisins or pain au chocolat.
Chilled butter, spicy marmalade or fruity jam can also be enjoyed at the same time on fresh French bread. Creamy yogurt and fresh fruit is also available, but will be in fridge and chilled, as it will be lovely and warm whilst you’re here.
Breakfast or fruity tea, and fresh coffee will be there to start your day.
If I’ve been in the kitchen baking then there may be a surprise to enjoy at the same time - it’s a secret, wait and see.
The view from your breakfast table will be the walled garden, through the French doors which will be open to let the sunshine in.
Female travellers
Ladies, if you are travelling alone and want to arrive, relax, ponder or read a book or two, then Serendipity is the place for you. There is no single room supplement.
Eymet is a beautiful Bastide Village where a lady can enjoy sitting in a bar or café, feel safe and even make a new friend or two, whilst enjoying a coffee or wine.
Soothing body wash, shampoo, conditioner and deodorant will be in your en suite, which takes away the stress of the 100ml rule at the airports. I only use branded products.

Cyclists
The area around Eymet is famous for its cycling routes and quiet roads. There are no worries for keeping your precious bicycles safe, as they can be stored in the Walled garden at the back, or within the house if need be. There are washing facilities if you need to freshen up your cycling attire whilst you’re here.
Cycle hire is also available just 100 metres away from Serendipity Eymet. I have a 10% discount code I can give you.
Transport
Eymet is 20 minutes from Bergerac airport, 95 minutes from Bordeaux airport and 130 minutes from Toulouse airport. Bergerac train staion is 25 minutes.
I can send you details of suggested private taxi and car hire companies for airport, station, wedding & vineyard transfers.
There is NO public transport here in Eymet so either a hire car or private car with driver will be needed
House Hunting
As Serendipity Eymet Bed and Breakfast is open all year, and it's always busy with house hunters all year, you can stay here where the rooms are cosy and warm, with chunky quilts and beautiful bedroom robes in your rooms.
A little bonus is that to keep your feet warm, slippers are also for you during your stay. Hot chocolate before bed is a nice little touch, to relax you for another day of searching for your new home, or holiday home.
